Wickliffe comes back to belt Harvey 10-4
 BY TIM SHIRER
SPORTS EDITOR

A season of high expectations for a young Wickliffe Blue Devils baseball team began on Monday afternoon as they traveled to Recreation Park in Painesville to play the Painesville Harvey Red Raiders.  The Red Raiders took an early 3-0 lead, but then were outscored 10-1 by the Blue Devils who recorded the 10-4 victory in the opener.

The Blue Devils who have set their sights high, even though they are young and do not have one senior on their roster started junior lefty Phil Goth in the opener.  Goth gave up three runs in the first inning, which included two singles a base on balls and a wild pitch.  Click here for the whole story
